SPF is your BFF
SPF is an acronym for Sun Protection Factor and is a relative measure used to determine how long the sunscreen will be effective. SPF is used protect the skin from UVA and UVB penetration from both natural and artificial sunlight. Protection ranges from 2 to 100 and I recommend a minimum SPF of 30 even on cloudy days or when going outside isn't an option due to the fact that florescent and incandescent lights also emit UVA and UVB rays from in doors. The Trick is to reapply sunscreen when the SPF time has expired if SPF30 then every 30 Minutes.
